Let me say the most important thing first, before anything else on this page.
This page is not a collection plate passed down the rows. It is a plate left quietly at the back of the room, for anyone who feels moved to give, and invisible to everyone who does not. If you only ever pray with us and never give a single shekel, you are a full member of this wall, and you always will be. Hear that clearly.
But some of you have written and asked how you can help carry this. People have sent gifts across the world to a farm they have never seen. So in honesty, and with a little awe, I am building the door you asked for.
The weekly letter, and the cinematic films from the land, Jaffa, Banias, the Eagles of Gamla, and the ones still coming. They take time, gear, and long days on the road. Your gift keeps them being made, and keeps them free for everyone who could never pay.
Havat HaChaim, my farm here in Natur. The trees, the ground, the place where pilgrims sit and where this whole work is rooted. To tend the land is to keep the lamp lit on the Golan.
On this border, safety is not a figure of speech. Friends once helped us buy shelters, real protection for real people. Gifts here go on standing between this community and the hard hours.
A small gift every month is the steadiest help of all. It lets me plan, and breathe, and keep my eyes on the work instead of the worry.
The amounts are multiples of eighteen. In Hebrew the letters of חַי, chai, “life,” add up to 18. It is how we give for life. And this is the Farm of Life. It felt right.
Gifts go through PayPal, and the link opens with the amount already set. Making it monthly is a promise you keep on your side. The letter will keep coming either way.
Some of you would rather give another way, a check, a direct transfer, or just a conversation first. That is good with me. Write me on WhatsApp or reply to any letter, and we will find the way that fits you. Give in whatever amount is on your heart. There is no small gift here.
And if this is not your season to give, do not give it another thought. Your prayers are already the gift. You hold up these hills with your hands every week, and that is worth more than money, and I mean that with my whole heart.
